Build quality is outstanding. Pictures really don't do this guiar justice in terms of looks. The neck join is awesome, and the overall "feel" of the guitar is amazing. Versatility of the coil switching pickup system is really incredible, and I think the non-locking tremolo is great unless you're really dive bombing the heck out of it. Only thing that could have been better was the initial setup. Came with nice low action, but the bridge and intonation needed a reasonable amount of adjustment (neck was fine, no truss rod adjustments needed).
Chinese made Ibanez. The finish is very nice and looks a little bit darker in person. Very good tone and the push-pull knobs provide a lot of versatility. Can hit pinch harmonics just about anywhere on the neck. The body is light with a good balance. Overall quality is good, but not perfect (I already had to tighten the 1/4" jack). Very hard to put this guitar down.
I was divided between Ibanez SAS32 and Fender RG Stratocaster. I decided on the Ibanez and I'm glad I did. This Guitar plays alot better than I can but, I was blown away by the ease of playing VS the Strat. I like it and you will too!!
I played this at my local Sam Ash and I love it. But the only thing I don't like is the tremolo. Unlike a lot of the Ibanez guitars that come with a locking system, this doesn't, thus putting it out of tune every time you use it. The way it's built, especially the fret inlays remind me of the Dean's. My other problem is the cost, which is one of the reasons I can't buy it. 600 bucks for that! I love the guitar but honestly, I wouldn't pay that much for a guitar like that. Overall it's pretty good.
