A more affordable Rhoads model with EMG pickups.
The strikingly designed Jackson RR3 Rhoads Pro Electric Guitar is built for extreme players. The alder body a special Ssnow White finish joins up with the maple neck and compound-radius rosewood fretboard. Shredder-friendly features include jumbo frets; a Floyd Rose-licensed, Jackson low-profile, double-locking tremolo; EMG humbuckers; and volume/volume/tone with 3-way switching. Black hardware completes the visuals.
Jackson's compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out. With a more relaxed hand, you'll play better! Includes deluxe Jackson/SKB molded case.

Comments about Jackson Small Batch RR3 Rhoads with EMG's Electric Guitar:
This guitar is FLAT OUT BEAUTIFUL!! The finish is perfect, WHITE-WHITE. I like the neck even tho it feels like a baseball bat compared to my ESP and IBANEZ guitars but there has been no issue getting used to it. The action could be a little lower in my opinion but still plays extremly fluid. The EMG pick ups are exactly what you would expect, impressive growl w/sceaming highs and clean up VERY nicely when volume is rolled back. sustain is GREAT, even tho its a bolt on neck and not thru body. my only gripe would be that i think the guitar would have been better suited with an EBONY FRET BOARD but you cant have it all. there is however a PRO RHOADS RRMG w/thru neck and ebony fretboard in metallic gray w/black bevels currently [11-24-12] on MUSICIANS FRIEND for LESS!!!!! actually considering purchasing that ax as well.
