Comments about Jackson WRXMG Warrior X Series Electric Guitar:

I bought the same guitar in blue 10 years ago. Gave it to my friend's son and he traded it for some piece of junk that had Kiss emblems on it. The only way I could forget about it was buy me another one, to keep! I got this one in black and this thing is as awesome as I remember. The look, the feel and a Floyd Rose! The only 2 cons of this piece is you can't use a ratchet style locking strap. That's alright with me because Jackson supplies you with the strap locks for a standard strap. The other is you can't use a standard stand because of the irregular body shape. Purchased me a stand that grips the neck as you set it down. I like this better and it is more secure! All in all, I love this Warrior, Thanks Jackson!

Comments about Jackson WRXMG Warrior X Series Electric Guitar:

I wanted replace the pickups in a Les Paul Studio for the active EMG 81-85. I changed my mind and sold the LPS and bought this guitar. I din't have to spend extra money for the trade. I already own a Les Paul Custom and a Parker Fly Deluxe so I wanted something very different for a hard music songs I started to play and I didn't want to spend a lot of money because hard rock is not my main music.

When guitar arrived I liked a lot the shape with the quicksilver finish but I was a little disappointed because it was no playable at all. First fret at high E was dull and the three lowest string buzzing. I try to fix it but it was very complex so I decide to take it to an expert. I had to paid 40 dollars for the setting up and change of strings. After the set up, the guitar is vey nice to play, good intonation, nice harmonics. Floyd Rose is still strange for me but I am sure eventually I will like it. Definitely an excellent purchase. It's my first time with active pickups and the more I play the more I like how they sound.

Not a premium guitar but a very nice one with good components an excellent price.

Great axe at a great price.

Comments about Jackson WRXMG Warrior X Series Electric Guitar:

I was playing a Dean Dave Mustaine V; this is so much better. Everything about this guitar is great, with the only flaws being the tricky floyd rose system (still worth it!) and the few nicks in the finish on mine (it was gonna happen eventually anyway, right?). But it's a great value other than that! Buy this Jackson Warrior WRXMG- you won't be disappointed.
This thing is loaded with cool stuff (eg. EMGs, Floyd Rose). Very entertaining guitar with killer looks to boot.
It appears to be very well put together. I did notice some finish blemishes, but they're hardly noticeable on this beast. The inlays are gorgeous as well.
For the price, the one with the black finish is as good as any. Jackson did a good job on this one, with plenty of features and an overall solid build.

A custom Guitar WITHOUT The Custom Price

    By Wilfred Raymond

    from Florida

Comments about Jackson WRXMG Warrior X Series Electric Guitar:

I was hoping for at least 3 years that the Warrior body design would be made with a reverse headstock. It matches up nicely with my WRXT Warrior with the traditional headstock.
Great paint job and polyester finish---very durable and does not smudge easily. The EMG 81/85 pickup combination makes for great tone for all 3 available positions.
The overall quality is excellent. You can pay more but the overall quality of this fine instrument is difficult to match without paying more. The neck binding is simply amazing! The photos of this guitar on this site do NOT do it justice. I purchased the Quicksilver with black bevels model.
Please be advised that these guitars do not arrive playable out of the box. You must take this instrument to a qualfied professional luthier to get the truss rod, tremolo, intonation and action correctly adjusted. Once the guitar is set up correctly, it plays like a dream---VERY smooth! I hope these guitars will be available with more design options than just the 2 that are being offered now. This Bad Boy will DEFINITELY give the USA Warrior a run for its money in terms of playability, overall image and value.
