Comments about Lag Guitars T400DCE Dreadnought Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

First impression is the beautiful workmanship. Top and back are resawn, matched bookends. High gloss finish is beautiful, but scratches easily. Nice, low action with lots of sustain, though bass is not strong. Easy to play, Electronics work well, but bass needs to be bumped up through a pre-amp. Not as loud as my other guitars when plugged in, but good, clean sound. Presets work well. I have a Martin D-16 and an Epiphone Master Built, but the Lag is my favorite practice guitar. I didn't notice that it comes without a case, so that was a disappointment. Had to order two cases because the first one was too small. Bummer. Overall, I love the guitar. Great value for the money.
