Just found and bought a used LG300CE at MusicMan in Brighton MI.
Really happy with it so far. One of those guitars
that just felt right, right away. Sound, finish, electronics, action and tone were all great.

This guitar is such an amazing deal for what you get from it. the sound is beautiful and the small body makes it so confortable to play! A definate great buy for any player
I went to GC to buy a specific guitar. I got their and played it and I just thought perhaps I should see what others are like in the same price range.I asked for help from the salesman and he brought me a very nice acoustic electric. He felt it was the best in this price range. I asked him to bring me one more and he brought me the Laguna LG300CE. It didn't take long for me to see that this was one fine acoustic electric guitar. Not only is it beautiful but it just feels good in your hands! And the sound is similar to much more expensive Taylors, and Gibsons. My two sons who are taking lessons love it also. You just can't go wrong with this guitar!
This guitar is so sweet. I played expensive Martins and then played this, and I couldn't tell the difference. This guitar is very comfortable to play with the smooth playability and smaller body. But with the smaller body, the sound is still incredible. Set up was a little high but an easy truss rod adjustment took care of that. Even the stock D'Addario strings were nice, so no need to replace them. Great guitar if you're looking for an upgrade without the big price.
Has a nice feel to it. The neck is thinner than most guitars I have played, which gives you the ability to obtain a clearer sound by being able to hold each finger more cleanly on the frets. Not as good as a Taylor, but since it's a considerable amount cheaper than a Taylor, I'd say it's well worth the money. Good for a more experienced guitarist that is willing to spend a little bit of money.
built-in tuner is nice, and accurate as well. very easy to replace battery.
