The Fauna Dragon Folk Acoustic-Electric Guitar has a downsized jumbo cutaway body that is comfortably contoured to fit any musician. The Fauna Dragon has a select spruce top for a full range of sound, and the sides and back are crafted of mahogany. The elegant rosewood over mahogany neck has a slender profile that puts even challenging notes and chords within easy reach. The Dragon features Luna's gently curved headstock with a signature crescent moon logo inlaid in sparkling abalone. Matte nickel die-cast tuners provide smooth and precise adjustment.
When your mood turns electric the Orion 4-band preamp has more than enough power for any setting. The equalizer lets you shape your sound just the way you like it, and a built-in electronic tuner that makes it easy to keep tones true and on-key.
A rich abalone Dragon inlay arches powerfully across the guitar's raven finish, making this instrument an attention-getter from the moment it comes out of the case. Other Luna signature accents include a crescent moon inlaid in abalone around the sound hole, inlaid abalone crescent moon logo on the headstock, and exclusive moon phase fretboard markers inlaid in abalone.

I had been searching for a good acoustic-electric guitar that wasn't going to break the bank and I found just that in this slim design Luna. It arrived in tune and ready to play right out of the box! It doesn't have a large dreadnought style body but rather a slim, tapered body with plenty of sound. The electrics work fine and I find myself turning down my amp at times because the sound is louder than what you'd expect from such a slim body style. Looks-wise this is a beautiful guitar. The black laquer finish is stunning and the abalone inlay is superb! Every time I take it out of the case at a jam session or anywhere it gets people's attention. Easy to keep clean with a clean, damp cloth and and some gentle rubbing and it's set.For the money you get a great sounding guitar that can be played plugged in or on its own and has stunning looks as well. A good value for the beginner or an advanced player!!

Pictures do not do justic to the looks of this guitar! Visually this guitar is stunning, it's well made, the preamp/pickup sounds great. The only "complaints" I have would be that it came with 12 guage strings and I use 10s and the action is a little higher than I prefer. But, that's nothing that can't be adjusted. It's a change getting used to the smaller body if you've played on jumbo concert or dreadnoughts before this. But, Other than that it played great right out of the box.

I bought this because the picture looked cool and I liked the dragon. when it arrived It played well right out of the case. I was really impressed when I recorded it and listened to the playback. it was perfect there is no need to spend more money on an acoustic guitar. love it!!

Although I do not own this guitar as of yet I have played one at a dealer in Delmont, PA(American Music). Everything about this instrument is flawless from the action to the tone for the looks. Dean/Luna could not have made a better guitar for the money. The picture does not do the guitar justice at all! You need to play and hear the beauty.

This guitar is absolutely stunning. Its buy far the most abalone i have seen in a guitar and just beautiful to look at the art work is immaculate. the sound is amazing being how small it is, a little more then a 3/4 lol mabey its a 4/5. but the sound is phenominalit would've been Fives all the way across but my only complaint is that the black finish gets scratched to easily form picks. after the first three months of playing it i could already see thousands of pick scratches because it doesn't come with a pick guard. now i gotta go either get a custom made guard or scratch remover...mabey both lol I kinda get a little OCD from those little scratches on such a Beautiful piece of art like that

I went and played this guitar and right away I had to buy it. it sounds amazing and is the first acoustic/electric that i've got to work with a pedal set-up. one down side is the tuner can be a bit touchy and is hard to tune if there's lots of background noise, other than that it's a wonderful guitar
