This is a great guitar, albeit quirky. The on-board tuner is very finicky, you have to pluck the strings in a pulsing manner in order for it to pick up the tone. Strange, but whatever. The pickup is decent and gets the job done, though it's no Taylor expression system, but what is?The appointments are gorgeous. The laser-etched wood is beautifully done. I get compliments wherever I go. People always ask me where I got it, who makes it, etc. It really is like playing a piece of art. On that alone I would continue to buy from them.Sadly, when I replaced the strings, the rosewood bridge pins shrank and no longer fit the holes. However, Luna has an amazing staff and are very timely with replacements and correspondence. It is remarkable, and I can't fault their product purely based on the level of customer service they provide. If you're looking for a stand-out instrument that plays well too, look no further.
