It's a pretty good guitar fer your money. I personnaly thought the neck was too wide and didn't like it all that much with distortion. I like that it's 24 frets and has an ok tremolo but tends to put it slightly outta tune. It's a great guitar for your money but im returning it and getting an ESP.
I just got this guitar in red (which looks better then the pirctue shows due to being slightly lighter) and it is sweet. Still learning how to use vibrato, but if im doing it right then it doesnt give enough bend. It's treble is extreme and bass is deep, very noticable differance. I recomend this over my b.c. rich bronze worlock do to buzzing on the first fret, thickest string, on the b.c.rich, and there the same price, if you pay to make olp red(which I recomend).
This guitar is quite nice, the sound and tone is great, though when I first got it a string broke but I suppose thats expected-but what is bad is the 8th fret 5th string has a small chip in it and it didn't come with the extra bridge-besides that I don't believe the tremolo should be so stiff, I emailed about it and they seem very helpful on helping me out, if it weren't for those three problems there is nothing stopping this from a 9 or 10, sounds wonderful I love it.
This is a real nice guitar, for begginers. Buy new strings along with the guitar because the stock ones are horrable. Mine had a nick in the 8th fret on the A string but i filed it down and it didn't cut the string anymore.
I picked this up a while ago mainly because I wanted to get back into playing guitar. It sounds nice and responds very well. The pick-ups however can be changed over to whatever you like, the bridge and strings stay in tune and the fingerboard is very comfortable. For a guitar on this price range, I recommend it for anybody.
I thought it was ok, although there is a slight buzzing near the 6th fret, the tremelo seems to kill any tuning stability. Both were easily fixed by adjusting the action, thought intonation is still a little off.
