This guitar is a tremendous art in workmanship. The attention to detail is very evident, I have looked this guitar over many times and there are not even any minor flaws in the workmanship. The best part is that the sound of this instrument is as good as the workmanship. The split tone control allows you to have the best of both worlds, the blues tones of a strat and the warm, heavy sounds of a les paul. I played many guitars to find a guitar that I wanted to upgrade to and in seconds I knew I would buy this instrument. I play everything from blues to hard rock, and everything sounds great. I play it through an old peavey studio amp (which is far from state of the art) and it sounds great. I also plug it into a line 6 pod and there is nothing it cannot do. If your desire is a guitar with tremendous versatility and tonal quality, you need to look at this guitar.
