Sounds great

Features:

It's a telecaster so why would you need more ?

Quality:

I unboxed and plugged in and tuned up and it works great . Fast neck, simple controls and it all works.

Value:

Still won't trade it in for any other guitar of the same price.

Overall:

it's all good. planing on taking the pick guard off and working it over with steel wool to remove the shine and give it a matte look. Keeping everything else stock as long as it works. I bought a line 6 spider 4 amp at the same time and love how it works with that tele sound and and it all I need for home/Church .

Features:

This inexpensive (not cheap) guitar is a dream to play. It came set-up pretty well right out of the box. I have been playing it for almost seven years now and I still haven't lost my passion for the tones this tele can produce. From rich, clean mids to bitey thwang, this tele has it all. Believe me there isn't $1100 dollars worth of quality between this guitar and the Fender '52 reissues. Save yourself a boat load of money and give this axe a try!

Features:

This is my first telecaster and after a year of playing it....I still can't put it down! In fact it is my main guitar and out of all the other guitars I own; this is the only one I ever called beautiful. I mean come on; butterscotch blonde finish, black pickguard and a maple neck, it's a work of art! I was looking for a simple guitar that I could just pick up and play without the hassle of having to tweak a locking nut/bridge system. This guitar is beautiful, well balanced and stays in tune pretty well and sounds great completly stock!  I am considering to buy a few more.

Squire Affinity Tele Review

| Review By: Hollow Drive | 1 month, 2 days ago

Features:

Played one of these at Guitar Center before I bought it. Always wanted a Tele to play around writing and perhaps use in the studio for the good rock n roll tone and good clean tones. This guitar is rather bulky, heavey for what it is. Not much detail to it, very simple guitar. Very heavy on high end tone, very twangy if you will. Overall the construction seems good and it's great for jamming and practicing by myself. Don't think I'd bust it out at rehearseal or take it on the road with me, but great for the price. If you want a Tele sound for cheap, this is your axe.

Quality:

Low, but great for the price.

Value:

Good tele sound and feel for a very cheap price.

Overall:

Over all a great great practice guitar.

One Hot Blonde

| Review By: BreakngBenFanLAB | 1 month, 2 weeks ago

1 people out of 2 found this review helpful

Features:

To me, less is more. This is exactly what I like to see on my guitars. Simple bliss. Unfortunately, it only has 21 frets, so high flying solos are a little more limited. Not a big problem for me with my playing style, but worth mentioning for the shredders out there.

Quality:

Finish is beautiful, and all the parts seem like they'll last a while. No problems in the pots or excess pickup noise to speak of on the unit I bought. Mine was set up and intonated correctly before I purchased it.

Value:

I've bought plenty of guitars in this price range that just are not as good as the Tele. I love this thing. At this price, I own a piece of history. It's not the American Tele, of course not. But it's not supposed to be either. It's price is low, but the quality and tone are excellent for this price range. I play it as much as my PRS! (And we all know how much those go for!)

Overall:

Overall, this is an amazing guitar. I wish pride hadn't kept me away from Squier for so long. The looks and just sweet, sweet tone have humbled me. There's not really a feature I don't like. Even the 21 fret neck doesn't really bother me, it is limiting for solos, but it also pushes me to be more creative to make up for the lack of more frets. I really love the neck shape and its unfinished feel. So smooth and fast, yet great for chording and feels just right in my hands. It's just so cheap for such a great guitar. I'm thinking about buying another!
