The perfect practise guitar

By JazzGuitarist

from Tel Aviv

Pros

  • Can Carry Unto Airplane
  • Extremely lightweight
  • very very light

Cons

  • Sound Is A Bit "flat"

Best Uses

  • Practise

Comments about Traveler Guitar Ultra-Light Acoustic-Electric Travel Guitar:

This is the perfect practise guitar. I've been using it with GarageBand on the iPhone (through the cheapest iRig dongle) with minus-one tracks and it's just perfect for practising wherever you are.

The only problem IMO is the rather flat sound that you get from the bridge pickup. But it's not that bad. If you would like better sound you may wish to check out the other models.

Great for impromptu playing

By Steve-0

from Dallas, TX

Pros

  • Easy to carry
  • Great action
  • Light Weight
  • Versatile

Cons

  • Sometimes Awkward To Play

Best Uses

  • On the road

Comments about Traveler Guitar Ultra-Light Acoustic-Electric Travel Guitar:

This guitar is a life-saver. I run the guitar through my i-phone app, Amp-Kit and I can play any setup I would normally play at a studio or at home (different amps and pedals). It is a great guitar to take on the road, and it is built strong to last. Great buy!

Guitar in Hawaii

Pros

    Cons

    • Light Portable Feel

    Best Uses

Comments about Traveler Guitar Ultra-Light Acoustic-Electric Travel Guitar:

Brought guitar on multiple flights to Hawaii and stowed in carryon overhead compartment without issue. Strap to your back and take it anywhere! Neck has good feel and low action. Sometimes it's challenging to find best sitting position, but I would buy it if you can't be without your axe on a trip.

      Oh, sweet mystery of life...

      By The Right Hand

      from Santa Barbara, CA

Comments about Traveler Guitar Ultra-Light Acoustic-Electric Travel Guitar:

I bought this guitar after much research and deliberation, unsure of whether it would suit my needs or not. When it arrived, I was nothing short of amazed. It was even smaller than I'd imagined (a good thing) but it plays and even sounds like a full-sized guitar when plugged in. I can sling the tiny gig back diagonally across my back, and it's hard to tell that I'm even carrying a guitar! It also carries very well when I'm on my motorcycle. Don't worry: the lap rest is detachable. I never use it. Get yourself a good sling and you'll be golden. This guitar is truly a piece of engineering genius, and definitely worth every penny.
