The MidiSport 2 X 2 does exactly what it's supposed to do. Hookup was extremely simple. I hooked it up and Windows 7 automatically downloaded the driver and my keyboard was fully functional in less than a minute.

This midi interface is totally needed if you want to get into midi. Its very relieable, just an all around great product.
This a fantastic midi interface, just plug in and get started. I use it to connect my midi keyboard to my computer then into my music software and it works great.
Its professional grade and very well made. Surprizingly durable with its metal casing and the all around feel of it in your hands. I got the 2 year warrenty but im pretty sure it will out last the 2 years.
For the price its absolutly worth it compared to a midi to usb cord, plus it has 2 ins and outs for more midi possabilities.

I've been using this box for the past year or so and am very impressed with it. One side I'm running a MIDI keyboard, the other an EWI4000S. It doesn't put a whole lot of strain on the MIDI data but the thing hasn't even hiccuped in the time I've used it. Win 7 x64 in my studio, Win 7 x32 on my laptop for gigs and I have had zero problems with drivers. I'm beginning to add more MIDI devices so I will probably buy the 4x4 flavor. The box can't be beat in this price range.

I bought this unit a few months ago and it seems to work great. I run it with my laptop USB power no problem. Installed the software, mapped the MIDI and it works. Build quality is much better than the less expansive model.

The midisport 2x2 resolved a problem which I previously had with the midisport uno. built solid, works fine, two inputs and midi through. good purchase overall
