I've owned this thing for quite a while - too many problems to mention all.  The lights all worked only the first day I had it, after that it was only six months before almost all were out.  Keys stick, not the key itself but the sound remains on as if it were on a sustain pedal for just that (those) note(s).  Also - this thing is a BEAST, you don't want an 80+ lb. piano at 3:00am when you are loading equipment.  It was cheaper when I bought it - now there are several in this price range that are much better, go with something that will hold up - don't waste your money.

So  far I love  this  piano.  My  only  complaint is   that  it  needs  a little  more sounds.  A beat  machine  would be nice to have on next model.   The  keys  feel great.  Sounds  are  amazing. It  looks  beautiful.

As far as the sounds go, they are decent. The electric pianos, clav, and strings are good, though I have never found a use for the organs. The feel of the wieghted keys is good as well. I never moved the board around too much because it is so heavy. I mostly used it as a controller and kept it in the studio. After about a year of playing it, some notes started randomly sustaining, and now the middle C produces no sound at all.  So don't induce from the wieght of the board that it must be durable and sturdy. The warranty has expired and I have no use for a keyboard with randomly sustaining notes and no middle C.

The onboard sounds are OK and the piano sound is healthy for the price. The biggest gripe I have with this board is that the action at times feels very "plunky" and doesn't play with a lot of sensitivity. If you are doing critical soft synth (especially strings) programming, then I would think twice about this board. If your MIDI input is limited, or simply needed for notation input, then you've got a good board for the price.

Im not sure what some of these other people have played,,,but my experience with this board has not been good. I purchased this board a few months ago becuase of my financial situation not being good,,,,I am wishing I would have played one of my old junk retired boards,,,First,,,,the sounds DO NOT sound even close to the samples on the web site..The piano sounds are very weak,,,Second,,,It's way to heavy for a stage piano unless your still living in the seventies...You will get tired of lugging it around,,,,Third,,,as much as I like simple controls on my instruments,,,,some of the knobs are to easy to bump while playing or moving around,,,like the pitch change knob,,,sorry but if i had it to do over I would have either bought the Casio or saved a little longer and bought another Kurzweil,,,,,,Would probably be an  "ok" home studio unit,,,,not for gigging musicians!!
