This piano was easy to put together. I see that people are complaining about not have the ear-phones jack...Well, guys, if you actually put your piano together yourself, you would know that the jack is located in the base of the keyboard, left hand corner underneith the keys near the front screws, which in my opinion is a comfortable location for the wire to come out of relative to your sitting position. So, whoever is reading this and you think you don't have the earphones jack, take another look! ;-D

The piano came with a lower key not working. It also has circuit noise coming through the audio. It is effectively a crackle. While I wasn't necessarily looking for perfection with audio, I can hear the crackle from across the room let alone when I'm sitting at the piano. It is loud and makes this unusable. I'm working on going through the RMA process. I'm hoping that I just got a bad one despite there being TWO defects in this one.

Comments about Williams Rhapsody 2 88-Key Console Digital Piano:

I'm a parent who know nothing about music or pianos. I went with this one after researching for a weighted-key keyboard. It was important for our daughter to practice/learn with authentic keyboarding action. Youtubes and articles reviewed this Rhapsody version 2 as a great find and I'll agree. The sampled sounds are authentic and rich. We do hear the keys thump a bit. I'm not sure if this is common with keyboards are not. The headphone jacks are 1/8th inch, so you'll need a proper pair of headphones, or an adapter if you intend to plugin headphones. This device came with a power adapter. The package is roughly 90lbs. I felt it was a good buy on-sale for Labor Day. The one thing i'd improve is I'd have the back-plate go all the way to the keyboard as to hide the two wires (pedal and power). The press-board back-plate was intended to close the open space between the leg-stands, but it still leaves a gap at the top which is a bit undesirable. The keyboard sounds great, has weighted keys, and a bunch of digital capabilities (that may never get used). This is an affordable piece that we hope lasts through our daughters piano endeavors.

Comments about Williams Rhapsody 2 88-Key Console Digital Piano:

I am the music director for our church and needed to replace my old piano with something lighter. There are very few setting for different sounds and only 2 choices for "piano" sound and neither is very good quality. It sounds very muffled even when it is turned up. For the amount of money I spent on it I regret purchasing it.

Comments about Williams Rhapsody 2 88-Key Console Digital Piano:

This piano was the easiest thing to put together. It took maybe 20 minutes, if that. It sounds great, exactly like a real piano and the keys feel exactly like a real piano as well. It's great for apartments where you don't have a lot of room and where you can control the volume so that you don't disturb your neighbors.

I mistakenly wrote 1/8th inch headphone jack in my review, when in fact it is a 1/4th inch jack. It is located underneath the keyboard's front-left-side (not the back like the other plugs).

Everything is great about this piano. Great sound. Great key response. Looks nice in my house. It is just what I wanted except there is no headphone jack like in the description. I was really disappointed, because I really wanted to be able to practice in private.

The product is great! It even comes with access to McCarthy Music, a learning program. The only downfall is that it is only accessible for an Ipad or a Windows tablet. It is most unfortunate that I cannot use the music program on my MacBook Pro laptop. I think it should be accessible from the website alone, instead of an app that only certain devices can access.

Happy to have this as an addition to our home. Ww bought this for our kids to start their piano lessons. The keys have a very weighted, realistic feel. Great look to the piano and easy to put together. This is a 2nd piano as the first one had a blown speaker out of the box. Miusicians friend was very helpful in resolving this issue. Williams piano's solution was poor though as they suggested they could send a speaker to me and I could replace it myself. Some warranty that is!!
