Making a 2-Year Free Warranty claim does not affect the terms of any product's existing manufacturer's warranty in any way, nor does getting repairs under a manufacturer's warranty affect 2-Year Free Warranty. Is that cool, or what?
2-Year Free Warranty only applies to electric guitars, electric bass guitars, acoustic guitars, and acoustic bass guitars. 2-Year Free Warranty is available for items purchased after 12/01/2013.
2-Year Free Warranty does not indemnify customers for loss of income when a piece of equipment fails and/or occurs during the time the equipment has been sent to us for repair.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any product presented to us for warranty coverage when damage or playability is compromised due to conditions inconsistent with an items intended use. Similarly, we reserve the right to modify the conditions of this warranty at our discretion and without prior notice.
