Features:

like screw on 1/4 inch adapter, light weight and very comfortable.  Cord length long but not a big

deal.  Just spool up what you don't need and tie off.

Quality:

very well constructed

Value:

excellent product for money, was really blown away

Overall:

excellent low end response, was really stunned.  I use these as a bass player using Aviom

personal monitor system and needed good bass response.  Very impressed

Features:

I think the features on these headphones are great . Long 11' foot cable so you never have to worry if you will run out of length. Although sometimes the length can be annoying, I would rather be annoyed a little and have the length when I need it, rather than buy a new set of headphones with a longer cord!

The screw on 1/4" jack is great! Good ole' solid, sturdy metal. It provides just a three second twist away from playing my ipod and computer to my amp when I don't want to disturb anybody.

The earpieces fit my ears really well. I have no discomfort and can sit with these on my head for hours.

Overall, the design of these headphones is great! No messing around, just straight up simple, reliable, headphones.

Quality:

The sound quality of these headphones is awesome!  They get a great bass sound, and they are quite crisp and clear. Being a classical guitarist, which is by far one of the quietist instruments on Earth, clearness is very important to me. Well, these headphones didn't disappoint. I can listen to recordings of solo lit, ensemble stuff, etc. and hear multiple voices extremely well.

Value:

Considering all things said above, the fact that these headphones are such a low price is amazing to me. Being a college student, I am no stranger to tight budgets, and the price was one of the factors that led me to buy these headphones. Usually I would just stick to generic ipod headphones, but I really needed nicer ones for some of my digital music and filmscoring classes (or that's my excuse anyway). I wasn't expecting a lot for the price, but I was wrong. These things delivered, and I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

Overall:

To be completely honest, I'm probably a little biased because these are the first pair of professional headphones I've bought, so I may not have the experienced, versatile ear for good headphones that others might have. That being said, that's not necessarily a bad thing, because I'm sure other people will also consider these as their first headphones. If that's the case, then I would definatly recommend them, because for the price I couldn't have asked for a better product! Hope this helps!

Absolutely the best headphones for home/studio/DJ at this price.

Features:

These headphones offer exactly the features that working musicians, DJs, and home listeners need with no breakable frills or silly futuristic ideas. Simple, metal-reinforced headpiece, comfortable elongated earpieces, single cord off the left ear that is far thicker and higher quality than similar headphones in this pricerange. Before finding these units, I owned three other sets of phones in the price range and kept having to return them due to quality issues. The M30's have been rock solid for everything I need to do.

Quality:

These headphones are built quite well. They fit loosely, which I prefer, and have metal componentry for long life. The cable is just as thick as any higher-dioller set of studio phones, the headphone jack has a super-professional threaded 1/4" adapter that looks extremely high quality. I use these to DJ and am constantly bending them with my shoulder as I cue up a track- so far I've had absolutely no issues. Soundwise, these are great are reproducing a generally flat sound. I'm not an audiophile, and I'm sure the drivers in these aren't the most sensitive, but for the price they produce warm, full sound, and if you're mixing records in a loud envirnoment or trying to drown out airplane engines, the full-ear design actually does cover your ears and completely dampen the outside world.

Value:

As I said in the title, these are hands down the best headphones for the price.  Excellent units.

Overall:

I would not hesitate to buy these again if I broke them.  Of all the units in this pricerange, I have not seen another set of phones that has aluminum components or a phono plug of this quality. If you need phones for jamming your iPod, DJing, or home studio work, I can't speaking highly enough of the M30.

Features:

These were made for the studio (hence the name) sound great but not much to look at which doesnt matter in the studio. the 11 foot cable is a pain sometimes. oh well. definitely worth the money. fits well over the ears and creates a soundtight seal. unlike round models.
