Bought one of these to control the audio into one of my computer DAWs. Behringer cut no corners on quality, despite it's ridiculously low price. The pots all feel fluid and solid, the build quality is impressive, and it's dead quiet, even with the controls nearly maxed out and no signal run through it. I would've liked a power switch, (it's on all of the time) but it takes very little current to run, and where would they put it? This thing is tiny! That Behringer can build such great products at these prices never ceases to amaze me. This is the sixth piece of Behringer gear I own, and it's all been terrific. Keep up the great work, guys!

I am in a three-piece punk band that has had this mixer for just over a year. We have recorded one album with it and started another with it too. We were already paced into the inputs by runing vocals and a guitar on the mono channel, and then we got another band member. We tried to put him in a stereo chanel with the bass, but it didn't even register him.

Comments about Behringer Eurorack UB502 5-Channel Compact Mixer:
works great for the price, however I wish it had a on/off switch you have the plug in and unplug it.
Comments about Behringer Eurorack UB502 5-Channel Compact Mixer:
This was my first piece of actual musical or recording hardward other than mics and headphones. Other than this, everything I have used is digital but I must say, this is a must buy for the starting musician. It's absolutely perfect. It's hard to believe I ever recorded without it.
Comments about Behringer Eurorack UB502 5-Channel Compact Mixer:
I picked this tiny mixer up a week ago to use as a sub mixer for monitoring. It's Behringer, a name I normally don't trust too much but for what I'm using this for I say it's ok to stay in my studio. The preamp is a little noisy so turning it too high will give poor results. The LED meter is tiny and something you cant really use for good results. The knobs/POTs feel cheap but you have to remember, this is only a low end mini mixer. If you are looking for pro. results, get something else but for me this little mixer works well.
Comments about Behringer Eurorack UB502 5-Channel Compact Mixer:
I just got this in the mail today and is it awesome!! I have my keyboard hooked up to the second channel input and my drum microphone in the mono channel input. The sound is great, clean and clear, and I like how it has a headphone monitoring jack. It is in my home studio- it is a great mixer especially for the price!!
Comments about Behringer Eurorack UB502 5-Channel Compact Mixer:
This was what i first started recording with a few years ago when i was first getting into music. I liked it a lot at first, cause it did what i needed it to. However, I recall a lot of noise on the first channel when you turned the gain up at all, and I was very dissapointed about that. After using an interface, i'm staying digital. No more analog mixers for me. But if you need something cheap to track with and you're just starting out... this will do what you need it to do, but i recommend checking out a cheap 2 input USB interface.
Comments about Behringer Eurorack UB502 5-Channel Compact Mixer:
I bought this to use as a mixer for my personal in-ear monitors. It functions well, but if you plan on gigging with it, transport it a well-padded case/bag because the plastic knobs look kinda cheap, like they could easily break off if mishandeled. A good lil mixer for the price.
Comments about Behringer Eurorack UB502 5-Channel Compact Mixer:
I'm a songwriter who writes metal and other styles. I use an Alesis SR16 drum machine and play electric bass and electric guitar straight in the Behringer UB502 and run it through the Amplitube plugin. It is very clean. Crystal clear and crisp on the vocals that I record with a NADY SP-1 (awesome neodymium mic). The 2 band EQ is helpful. There is no phantom power so for condensor mics you'll need a phantom power supply. There is no power button, you just plug it in and record. I love it. Best bang for your buck. Very little noise and plenty of headroom for just about anything.

UB502 mixerThis would be a good little mixer for those starting out. I use it to run my bass, drum machine and practice cd and it does a good job. It is easy to figure out and use.
Comments about Behringer Eurorack UB502 5-Channel Compact Mixer:
I bought this to run my electric guitar (after my Digitech) and a michrophone, alongside a recorded cd for practice. Works perfectly. Straight into my amp, very acceptable. Through headphones, exellent.
Comments about Behringer Eurorack UB502 5-Channel Compact Mixer:
I use this all the time with my ipod, and it works awsome. I also use it in my church because the headphone jack in are crate 12 channle mixer has are monitures pluged in. So use my own little ub502 for a head phone amp and it work really well.
