Sound Reduction Room

The Cal-Mil Sound Reduction Room is designed to be a cost effective way to isolate vocals and instruments during recording sessions or band rehearsals to prevent sound bleeding between microphones and instruments. This room kit includes a 7-panel shield with 12" extension, 7-panel 24" sq. foam wall, 3 section sound hard foam roof, and a 4-panel back foam wall. The height and size of this room allows you to record drums, vocals, guitar cabs, or just about anything. It is great for just about any recording situation where you need a dead room that isolates well.

The Cal-Mil 7-Panel Shield is made of acrylic and has an overall size of 14' x 6.6'. It is comprised of seven panels, each 5-1/2' high x 2' wide x 1/4" thick. The attached extension is 12" high x 2' wide x 1/4" thick, and adds height to the shield when extended.

4 Panel Back Foam Wall

These foam panels are designed to form the back wall of the booth sound and work great with the Cal-Mil booth roof and back lid to create a full sound enclosure. Each panel is 30" wide x 60" high x 2" thick.

3 Section Sound Hard Foam Roof

These foam 3 sections create the booth roof and come with a supporting telescopic beam that will help you extend your booth as necessary without having the roof collapse inward.

7-panel 24" Square Foam wall

These foam panels can be linked together to form a skirt around the booth to provide additional sound isolating and are particularly useful when recording drums. Each foam panel is 24" x 24" x 2" thick and using attached Velcro straps.
