It's a great product you can take any sound and EXTRAPOLATE music from that. I use reaktor, Skrewell or Metaphysical function.

As a keyboard player I have always looked for certain sounds out of the myriad other synths offer but I personally like creating that just right sound. Iris allows me this luxury. I use a Zoom H4next recorder to capture natural sound. Most recently Boston my dog having a conversation with me or at least trying. Recorded it and mapped them across 2 octaves, add drums piano & bass, yeah I produce dance music, and oh what fun.
