I own it for about two years. They're loud enough even too loud sometimes. The sound is clean and nice; however, they're not the best for mixing. I always need the help of my headphones to check the lows to see if its clean or distorted. I can still mix with them but I always need the help of my headphones.

I've owned these monitors for about 15 months. I've recommended these monitors to a lot of people.  I didn't expect much for monitors costing so little, they're loud, can reach the lower registers well for their size, they sound very good for their price.  Not super accurate, but reasonably accurate.  I use them half the time along with my Mackie Hr24's.  I felt that I got a lot more for the money than I expected.  I think for the price they are pretty awesome,.

Bought these for my first set of monitors in my home studio.  Bad idea, not very accurate. The first set I bought lasted about, oh I'd say an HOUR!  Returned them for new ones, so far so good.  Volume knob sucks, keeps crackling every time you adjust, no matter how many times they're cleaned.  SAVE YOUR MONEY!

These monitors provide a nice coloration to your commercially bought music,as for mixing however they don't provide the best translated mixes. These monitors leave you to do too much judging in terms of frequencies.Buy a system that's more renown for good mixes if your looking for mixing monitors.

At first I thought that these monitors would be an inexpensive way for me to improve my monitoring.  I will admit that it is handy to have both RCA and TRS on the same powered monitor pair.  However, I don't recommend these monitors to anyone serious about mixing.  The bass is punchy, but not deep and seems the thin.  The mid range is decent up to about 8kHz or so, but the highs sound terrible on these.  My suggestion is to just save your money  for better powered monitors.  KRKs and Yamahas make these look like toys and are a far better value.
