never had a thought of buying these just figured it was a hype cause of the name. but a friend brought a pair over and i was amazed!!!

physically great. thick hard metal nothing flimsy all tight locking cables. sound is perfect. alot of people say its bass heavy i don't hear it. tonight its very balanced and no matter how loud u crank them mine has never distorted. and love the fact it picks up all bass notes. might not be as dominate but u can hear every note

i gotta deal on mine could be LITTLE cheaper but like they say u get what u pay for and i'm not dissappointed

Headphones..., when we think of this particular device what comes to mind? Ah, well one things for sure is we have your basics.. Input wire, Ear covers, Speakers, and of course the plastic connecting the two. Beats Pro offers unique advantages over every kind of headphone. One being that it has a "flip up" capability that allows you to listen with one ear and hear the room with the other, great for DJ's, or if you just need to hear other people with you in the room while still being able to hear the Music. Another feature is the wire "locks in" to the headphone, which means you dont have to worry about any wires falling out during recording, a live dj set, or any other application you intend to use these for. It comes with a "screw on" quarterinch from 1/8 inch adapter, a must for any kind of professional applications, and also a special "output" port that allows you to daisy chain the headphone with another set of headphones, furthermore if you have another "Beats Pro" headphone, you can continue to daisy chain accordingly.

The contruction is superb, it is strong, the material is made out of an antibacterial agent that helps keep it clean and more germ free than a normal set of headphones. The sound quality is like hearing the two highest quality studio reference monitors on the market in each ear. This headphone will last

you a lifetime if you take care of them and clean the material on a somewhat regular basis, cleaning cloth and carrying case also comes with it "which are both of superior quality as well"

Something of this quality and craftsmanship deserves the price tag it has, it isnt overpriced at all and comes with all the necesary things that make it worth its price. You probably wont find a headphone with higher sound quality.

Overall the Headphones are a great buy if you are a DJ, audio engineer, or avid music lover who demands quality.

These headphones are a great pair of headphones and are good for studio use. The bass is as expected extremely good, the mids and trebles are very well balanced. One thing that I did notice is that on these the bass doesn't overpower or block out the trebles or mids compared to other products of the dr dre line of products. The construction is also very good its very firm and durable. They also feature a a very well built very thick cable that can be attached to either left or right side on the headphones the cable locks in place inside the headphones.  Which is a thumbs up for me because I am a drummer and I always had the problem the cable falling or deataching it while playing. But I must say it is not worth the money, there are much better products for much less, remember these are more about style and fashion.  Don't get me wrong its good but if you are a audiophile they are not for you.  Not because of the quality but because of the price. But if you want them for their style and sound they are perfect, the style of these is very nice looking and very fashionable. The box is perfect for storage and it has a carrying case. In my opinion these are a little better for just music listening and some casual recording because they don't have a very flat response which means that what you hear may not be exaclty whats being recorded, but play them with your ipod and the quality is superb! Bottom line buy them they are great but, you are paying more for style than for sound.

went looking for a new set of headphones for mixing and recording and came across these. for anyone who is questioning the price, you haven't heard them yet. these are without a doubt the best sounding headphones i've ever heard, hands down. comparing them to any of the others i own was no cotest. spend the $ and get them, you won't be let down.
