The receiver features dual retractable, front-panel antennas and DigiTRU Diversity digital processing circuitry to virtually eliminate dropouts and maximize operating range (250 ft. or 500+ line-of-sight). The rugged half-rack design has RF and AF 5-LED displays for monitoring incoming signal strength and audio level, balanced XLR and adjustable unbalanced 1/4" jack outputs, noise-free transmitter on/off operation, and unique snap-out side-panel locking tabs for convenient single receiver or dual receiver (side-by-side) optional rack mounting. Sturdy plastic, padded carrying case. Can be operated with any musical instrument with a pickup. Top-panel input level adjust and locking mini-jack for solid instrument attachment. One 9-volt battery allows up to 15 hours operation time.

OK, I've had this for months now and have had a Nady many many years back. My past Nady was awesome - it did what it was supposed to... be wireless and not change tone! Well when I went looking again I was kinda worried by the reviews but now I can review with some good time behind me. This unit is fantastic for home and studio use. I want to state clearly that on my setup (Mesa Triple Rec, Boss GT-8, Schecter BlackJack C-7) it does NOT alter my tone. I've A/B'd it extensively. It also hasn't dropped out once in my home studio use, granted I'm very near the transmitter. Never used it live in a dingy club so can't comment there but if you're looking for a home or studio wireless solution I can highly recommend it. I got it cause I got tired of my chair constantly rolling over and jerking my guitar cable when writing/recording. Yes, it's not built like a tank but it's durable. Regardless, it sounds like you're plugged in via cable and the battery actually lasts really long if you remember to shut it off and use standby when not playing. Highly recommended for home/studio use.

I received this piece today. I plugged it in, read the manual. turned it on, and bleh. everything you worry about when making a purchase for a wireless system, this thing excels in! drop out? plenty of it! signal distortion? more than you can handle! my Les Paul sounded like it was massively compressed with an octave pedal. stay away from this product. personally, I'm not going to ever purchase another Nady product again.

So i got this for my first wireless system, and within 2 months the antenas had broken off and i get a lot of sound drop and fuzziness. its okay if your on a budget. but this product really isnt worth the money to me.

Bought it in a store. This is the worst wireless system I've ever seen. So many dropouts, sound quality is bad. I've owned it 2 years, and used it a several times because of the dropouts.Don't buy it.

I bought 2 units (one for each of my bass guitars) without having any chance to try it before buying. I simply trusted Nady saying that the frequency response of the is 25 - 20000 Hertz (+/- 3 dB). And it's true! I've used my 2 units on numerous live concerts. Never had any trouble, but always a good sound (and a lot of room to move...)
