The Nady SPC-15 Microphone uses a pressure-gradient back electret condenser and transformerless FET circuitry to yield transparent audio and superior transient response. The SPC-15 mic's wide response (50Hz-18kHz) is specially tailored for mid-high presence to enhance vocals and instrument punch. Supercardioid polar pattern provides excellent feedback rejection, and its sensitivity, wide dynamic range, and high SPL capacity perform well under demanding conditions. Compact, all-brass housing, gold-plated XLR connector. Requires 9-52V phantom power.

This nady SPC-15 microphone is well worth the money. This product blew my mind away. I was expecting a cheaply made and sounding microphone, boy was I wrong. This microphone is much better then my shure mics. Only down fall is they are very small, but come with their own clip. if you are wondering if it's worth it, trust me it's worth every penny!!

For the money this is a really good sounding mic, we just used this mic on a gig last night and it beat out our SM 58's and Sennheisers for volume and quality. The only complaint is the diameter of the barrel is small and so it doesn't fit in standard mic clips, and the clip that comes with it is pretty flimsy...but still a good value I'm going to order another 2-pack of them!

I purchased two of these for instrument recording of woodwinds. The frequency response looked good, they are condensors, phantom power and extended high-end. The high-end is not smooth enough for general woodwinds or strings recording though they work fine for vocals... after you warn the artist about the massive proximity effect (or roll off the low-end starting around 180Hz). This a useful and seemingly rugged stage mic, but limited in general recording applications.

This product is by far the best stage condenser for the money. I've used mine now for a year and it's been very reliable. I was going to purchase an SM 87 until I read the specs on this mike. I am well pleased.
