The QSC RMX 850 Power Amp combines their rugged high-output designs with the latest circuit technology to deliver unmatched performance at a breakthrough price. The RMX amps require only 2 rackspaces and feature 1/4" TRS, XLR, and barrier strip balance inputs; binding post and Neutrik Speakon outputs; front-mounted gain controls for easy access; independent and defeatable clip limiters; selectable low-frequency filters (30Hz or 50Hz) that protect speakers and increase headroom; signal and clip LED indicators; independent DC and thermal overload protection on each channel; variable-speed fan. The RMX850 delivers per channel: 200W @ 8 ohms, 300W @ 4 ohms, 430W @ 2 ohms. Bridge mono: 600W @ 8 ohms, 830W @ 4 ohms. 3-year warranty.

I own two of the RMX850's for 5 years now, and they sound just as good as the day I bought them.  Never had ANY problems or letdowns, nothing.  Truly a product for life, and a customer for life to!! I use them from DJing to home use, on to speaker testing.  These things are strong right to clip, and will play at light clip all day long.  Besides, there built like a tank!!

This thing kicks.  I have had it for 2 years and have had no problem.  I have tested it as a main driver, monitor driver, and sub driver and it has passed them all with flying colors.  It has amazing clarity, great punch, and keeps on going under harsh conditions.  I have ran it with the clip limiter flashing full and it won't shut off.  Great feature is the selectors on the back, which allow you to switch filter settings and mode settings.  This is a great amp.   thanks QSC for producing a great amp at such an affordable price.  Neil Snow

I replaced a crown amp with the 850, and I love the cleaner sound I'm getting. I use the amp in my studio at home and it is all the power I will ever need.

I bought this amp for powering our monitors in our band, I was so impressed with it I replaced one of my DJ amps with this one. Its not overly powerful, however the sound is extremely clean and punchy! I am going to buy 2 of the the RMX 2450 to power my new Peavey  duel 18" subs I just bought! Can't wait to get them....Buy this amp you wont regret it!!

I bought a QSC RMX 1450 for my sub in my home theater set up after using them on the road in a few bands over the years, I never had a QSC amp fail in any way or any time so it seemed a logical choice, and when I mated that to a Sound Splinter PL-p18" driver the results were earthshaking, pun intended, An awesome amp at a great price, I hope my home insurance covers damage from low freq!!
