Comments about Sennheiser HD 25-1 II Headphones:

When I dropped two-fifty for these headphones, I was expecting to open the box to some glorious, shiny, amazing product. I didn't. I was underwhelmed by the ear cup size and cable length, and the cable connected to the right ear, for goodness sakes. Then I started listening to them...

These headphones are fantastic. I am a DJ, so I love the swiveling ear cup, but I also do home recording, and boy do these sound pure! If I crank my Low EQ, these cans handle the bass like you've got subs strapped to your head. The mids and highs are very clean. So clean in fact, I routinely dig up old music to listen to and let these beauties breathe new life into it. They're also comfortable enough to wear to the gym or at a coffee shop doing work. If I ever break these, I'll buy another pair right away.

First impressions aside, these are in another league from any other headphones I've heard in this price range, and tower over Beats headphones that cost twice as much.

          great headphones

Comments about Sennheiser HD 25-1 II Headphones:

great headphones. only 2 complaints: 1) short cord (only about 1.5 m) 2) small cans/cups dont fully surround ear like other noise canceling headphones.
great quality. cans/cups don't cover entire ear, but do great job of noise cancelation.
great price and I got them on sale with a %off discount.

          Attention Drummers!!

Comments about Sennheiser HD 25-1 II Headphones:

This is a notice to all drummers looking for quality stable headphones. I've seen these on a favorite drummer of mine who plays very fast styles and always uses this set of phones. As soon as I save up the cash, THEY'RE MINE!
The adjustable head piece rests on the top and back of your head for complete stability
I honestly haven't heard a better sound out of a set of phones than Sennheisers
These sound better and cost half the price of the new dj phones with endorsements

          The most acurate sound Ever!

Comments about Sennheiser HD 25-1 II Headphones:

Sounds like you have a Stereo strapped to your head! I have used many headphones (Pioneer, Sony, Techniques), and these are by far the most accurate, fullest, and rich sounding headphones. They may not be as flashy, or stylish, but they are the best sounding.

          Industry Standard!

          By JR-GqoRq

Comments about Sennheiser HD 25-1 II Headphones:

I have owned several pairs of Headphones, including the Pioneer SE-DJ 5000 and the Sony MD-R 7000, but these are by FAR the best I have tried. Compared to other DJ headphones they can feel a little flimsy at first touch, but they won't break, they just flex about instead. The sound quality is like NOTHING else I've heard. On several occasions I've been listening to a PFL signal, only to experience shock, as it was so clear and loud it sounded like it was coming out of the speakers Live! For comparrison, check the BBC broadcasts, Tennis, Snooker etc, all the guys have these Sennheisers on.What does that tell you?Only downside is the ear pads aren't that tough, but it's compensated by the fact that EVERY part is user replaceable. My experience stretches from DJ-ing live, radio broadcasts and Church P.A., and I won't go without my own headphones.Sennheisers rock!

Comments about Sennheiser HD 25-1 II Headphones:

I was looking for the best closed headphone I could get for my needs and my really satisfied with those.Really nice sounding from deep bass to the high (A little eqing is needed). At first they hurted my ears a lot, but after about 1 week they adjusted to my head and ears shape and now they are really confortable. Definetely a must buy. I would buy them again and again.
