MD4S Mini Disc Recorder

This little brother to the MD8 makes digital recording more affordable than ever. It operates like a standard 4-track; its ATRAC (generation 4.5) system provides extended sound quality. It can record and play up to 4 tracks on MD data discs, and record 2 tracks on standard mini discs. After recording 4 tracks you can repeatedly ping-pong those down to make more room without loss of quality. It offers high-end editing functions like multi-take, auto punch, and part copy. A maximum of twelve sources can be mixed with its full inline, 4-channel, eight-input mixer. Has NTC slave sync, MMC, and MIDI clock capabilities.
