Nice Univibe / Rotary Simulation --- SRV sounds

Built solid. Comes with an adapter and battery. Simple controls. Internal tone pot set at factory, and actually is just fine. You can dial in some nice SRV sounds ala little wing, or something less rotary shifting into hendrix territory. Trower and Floyd settings, that ain't too shabby. You can set it for a nice subtle shimmer, which I use when shifting into a chorus, to just add something different from the verse. Or you can get Leslie effect.

Overall, if your looking for univibe or rotary effect that's extremely portable (don't expect it be like a rack unit or a stand alone leslie) and accept it for what it is, you won't be disappointed.

I've been looking for a good vibe unit for so long an I finally found it. The only bad thing I can say is that I don't like the adjustable knob on the inside of the pedal. Other than that, I highly suggest it.

I bought this pedal in search of a good "Hendrix sound". The pedal sounded about average and had a smoothness to it that I did not expect. I also wasn't expecting it to stop working after 3 days. The blue light flshed orange for a split second and then poof, no working pedal. Hopefully this was a fluke, but I will not be purchasing another.

Pretty Darn cool

I actually really dug this pedal. It is pretty versatile. You can get great Hendrix tone which is over the top, but it also offers subtle tones as well. One thing I found is that if you turn the intensity down and the speed up you can get more of a tremolo sound as opposed to vibrato. I thought that added a bit to the versatility. There is also an internal tone control inside the pedal that is cool but would have been cooler if it was on the outside. I thought the preset was a little bassy to start so I had to take the bottom off with a screwdriver to change it. Not that big of a deal just an observation. It does change the tone of the guitar a bit but vibrato sort of overpowers what it changes in tone color. Overall I was pretty impressed. Pretty cool vintage vibrato with a good full tone.

I took this pedal out of the box and pluged it in the minute I got it home and I must say that it's worth more to me than an original Dunlop Uni-Vibe...It adds less 'twang', which is usually verry aboundant in this type of effect. It does exactly what the description says it does and is verry quiet in doing so. I can't believe how little I regret paying this much for it.
