Great basic chorus

As people have already stated, this is not a tweaker's pedal. What it is is a solid, well-built, and great sounding chorus pedal. Of course, it can be adjusted to taste.

The beauty of this pedal is that it is not complicated. It has just enough of what you need to add some depth or texture to your sound without sounding too digital or cheap.

A word to the wise: get the power supply or you will go broke buying batteries. If you need something simple yet elegant this is your pedal. I'm very pleased with mine and would replace it with another just like it if something happened to it.

I picked up this pedal used at GC. As soon as I got home I hooked it up. I was blown away by the high quality sound of this pedal. It sounds much better than any other chorus pedal I've ever heard. This thing is constructed very well and doesn't look like it's going to fall apart any time soon. The only concern I have for this pedal is its size. Its around 50% Bigger than your average boss pedal so take that into consideration if your planning to fit it on your pedal board. Over all it's the only chorus I'll use.

The Cool Cat is a very smooth sounding, well-mannered chorus. Stick a dummy plug in the stereo out, and it becomes a pitch vibrato effect. It's not the best, nor the worst, but it sounds nice, and it looks very cool.

This is a good chorus pedal. I've played many that just sound too... digital. Even analog stompboxes. The Cool Cat has a warm, full tone to it. It doesn't have a ton of features, but in I personally don't need my chorus pedal to do much more than this one does. The price is decent. When it comes to tone, it's great. If huge amounts of tweak-ability is what you're looking for, pass on this one. It's a great tone, period. And if you're not great at turning knobs, it's perfect for you as well, not much to mess with.

Great tone, decent value, good pedal. Nuff said.

Best Sounding Chorus

I've had this pedal for, probably almost 10 years and still use it for every gig and it still works like the day I got it. It's the smoothest and best sounding chorus I've ever used and I probably will never purchase a different one. It's simple to use (two knobs, speed and chill (depth)) and very reliable. The only thing that's bad about it is the fact that it eats batteries, and it's an 18V pedal, so it eats them two at a time! An AC adapter fixed that problem. Make sure you get one.
