One of the better flangers out on the market now. Good standard flanger features. Wide effect variety. Filter Matrix gives a nice twist. Very tweakable. Only two complaints. It must be run on the AC adapter. No 9V slot. Also the input and outputs are on the front instead of side so make sure u buy a CABLE pedal coupler. Still, a very good flanger at a mildly affordable price. Definitely worth it if ur really lookin for just a straghtforward, sturdy flanger.

Really good sounds. The flanger doesn't really really do the swooshy sounds most flanger pedals can do, But thats not what I got it for. I like it because of the color and complexity it adds to your tone without sounding like; OH, that must be a flanger! It just sounds like music. Its all analog, you can open it up and see, beastly huge capacitors and resistors and stuff. Really good....USEFUL sounds.

This flanger sounds amazing and the filter matrix makes it very unique. It would be nice if the filter matrix was also controlled with a footswitch but its no big deal. If you can live with the large size and 18V power than there is no better flanger on the market. Plus it has the most seductive name out there... how can you not buy something called the Electric Mistress?

I have been seeking this pedal for quite some time. I never really had the money to throw down for it. But now I can say that the wait was definitely worth it. With four different options to tweak-filter matrix, color, range, rate-there is more than enough headroom to create very unique, beautiful tones. The lush full sound complements my style of playing perfectly. Combined with some excellent delay, this pedal can really shine and give a lot of depth and richness to chords and lead breaks. I especially love the fact that it comes with its own AC adapter. In all, a superb pedal from EHX.

This is one one of the best flanger's i have ever heard. I'm lucky enough to have a mesa boogie 400+ and this thing sounds killer through it. As a bassist this flanger has added a really unique sound to my setup. Out of the box one of the knobs was little loose but this things sounds awesome.
