The legendary Roland Cube guitar and bass amps pack more power, tone and features per cubic inch than ever before, with an expanded lineup which now includes several iOS-compatible models that, in conjunction with the free Roland CUBE JAM app, allow you to use your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch as a command center! Roland has been producing world-class electronic instruments for over forty years, from the iconic JC-120 Jazz Chorus guitar amp, renowned for its shimmering clarity and roadworthy reliability, to the TR-808 analog drum machine, and an incredible array of groundbreaking keyboard and guitar synths, keytars, electronic V-Drums, and other sonic goodies, including their expansive line of BOSS effects pedals.
Roland's expertise in creating synthesizers has also long fueled their digital amp and effect modeling technology, called COSM (Composite Object Sound Modeling), which dynamically emulates the sound and response characteristics of various vintage tube amps and effects units, allowing musicians to have a studio's worth of priceless tones available at the twist of a knob. This COSM technology is at the heart of the Roland CUBE line, incorporating a huge sonic palette in a highly portable package, which is perfect for practice, recording, busking, and even stage use to augment your live rig - just ask pros like jazz shred-master John McLaughlin, who has used a Cube on stage, and Joe Walsh, who used a Cube to play slide on the Eagle's "The Long Run!"

The Roland Cube line ranges from the battery-powered Micro Cube guitar and bass amps and the stylish Cube Lite and Mobile Cube Stereo units, up to larger 80-watt 1x12 combo amps, and the high-performance CUBE Monitor systems. The Micro CUBE amp is among the most popular battery-powered portable combo units on the market, boasting seven COSM amp models from JC-120 clean to classic stack crunch; six DSP effects, including tremolo, flanger, phaser, chorus, and separate reverb/delay; a digital tuning fork, recording/headphone out jack, and stereo AUX in for jamming with your CD player or other audio source - all in a rugged seven-pound package! It comes complete with carrying strap and AC power adapter, so you can save your batteries for outside jams. The Micro CUBE RX kicks things up a few notches with a true stereo power amp and four specially-designed 4-inch speakers, while the stereo Mobile Cube is a highly versatile unit designed to be used with a variety of sources, from guitars and stereo instruments like keyboards, to microphones and audio devices, with a Center Cancel function so you can karaoke the night away! The Cube Lite is a 10 watt screamer that works as a stand-alone amp, or in conjunction with your iPhone or other iOS device for jamming, recording and sharing your tunes, plus, it looks more like a compact iPod dock than a regular guitar amp, so it will look right at home, no matter where you jam it! The busker-approved CUBE Street is another battery- or AC-powered beauty in the form of a guitar amp and mini-PA in one, with dual channels, two effects processors, built-in tuner and XLR/1/4 mic input, so you can sing and jam through a single, compact unit!
For more conventional practice amps, check out the CUBE-20-GX, a foot-switchable three-channel beast that kicks 20 watts through an 8-inch speaker; the CUBE-40-GX, pushing 40 watts through a high-performance 10 speaker, with sound-on-sound looping and a Power Squeezer circuit for getting full-gain grunge at low volume settings; and the CUBE-80-GX, an 80-watt 1x12 combo with enough expanded effects and features to handle any just about any stage or studio situation. Roland also has the bottom end covered, with an array of CUBE amps designed for bassists, from the battery- or AC-powered Micro CUBE Bass RX, to the versatile CUBE-20XL, CUBE-60XL, and the mighty CUBE-120XL, with similarly appointed COSM amp models and effects as their guitar-based brethren. And be sure to check out Roland's line of compact monitors, including the super-versatile 30-watt CM-30 CUBE Monitor, with a multitude of inputs and a Stereo Link function for linking two units for true stereo output, making this CUBE a natural for live studio or stage monitoring, right down to the mic stand adapter. The CM 110 2.1 (100 watt) and CM 220 2.1 (200 watt) CUBE Monitors are high-performance, full-frequency three-speaker systems (a main subwoofer unit and two satellite speakers) capable of handling analog and digital electronic instruments, audio gear and computers, thanks to integrated protection circuits that can handle wide dynamic ranges and continuous high input levels. Use them in your home entertainment system or as studio monitors for your computer recording rig - you'll be amazed, just as users have been with the Roland CUBE line since it was first introduced! From the practice amps' rock-solid construction featuring metal speaker grills, metal knob shafts and housings, specially-designed speakers, speaker mounts and cabinets, to the innovative CUBE Lite, Street and Monitor offerings, the Roland CUBE line has set the standard for high-power, effects-packed portable amps for years - order yours today and get your CUBE on!
