Comments about MXL USB-77 Classic Style USB Microphone:
I am a recording musician and am spending some time away from my studio.
I decided to buy a little something to continue recording and putting together songs to record in the future.
I was a bit skeptical seeing as it is not run through a preamp, and rather through the USB, but decided to give it a go.
After buying this microphone I realized I would not need to re-record anything!
The tone is great, it is very versatile, and has the convenience of USB.
I would recommend this to a beginner who wants a good sound without the hassle or cost of a full studio. Or an expert who is on the go.
(Just about any other acoustic instrument..)
