Ok, I'm not someone to rave or hype something that doesn't really knock me out. But this stuff really is better than the other common substitutes.(graphite, oil, vasoline, wax, etc.) I have used all these and combinations and they either are not very good from the start or won't last long. Big Bends Nut Sauce not only works better, but it stays put and keeps on working for the life of the strings.

If you use a tremolo or floating trem or just a stickler for tuning stability, don't mess around. I put off buying this stuff for a long time, becuase it seemed just a bit too much money.w I finally
Well the main feature is the substance itself, but the next cool feature is the syringe. It makes it possible to get it right where you want it and nowhere else. The applicators are great too. Allows you get it in even tighter spaces
I suppose I have to drop a point since it is rather pricey for the amount. But it does only take a very small amount so the 1.5cc amount is going to last a long time

I took a chance with the product and not an expensive test. I break strings fairly often, admittedly my attack is aggressive. I gave this stuff a try to try and minimize breakage. Nominal affect. If you use a fat pick and often attack your strings, my hunch is this stuff won't work for you. Used on PRS, Strats, and LPs. I am a bit circumspect about how much promotion this product gets also.

Comments about Big Bends Nut Sauce Tuning Lubricant:

I used to use vaseline with a bit of graphite mixed in, and I'd apply it to the nut with a toothpick. Messy, and the black didn't look good.

This stuff might have a bit of graphite (I think I see a few flecks), but it's mostly clear, and very easy to apply.

Lubricates very well, especially the G and D strings on 3x3 headstocks. I use it on my Strat and Tele, too.

The tube is tiny, but if you use it properly (sparingly) it lasts a long time, and is worth the money.

          Nut Sauce is the Boss

          By Dimed Out!

          from TEXAS

Comments about Big Bends Nut Sauce Tuning Lubricant:

It just works... period. I was back and forth between deciding on which set of locking tuners to buy for my strat so in the interim I got this stuff. I will still get a set of locking tuners for the ease of string changes, but at this point they're really not needed for keeping me in tune. Added a little sustain too (seems like it did anyway).

Comments about Big Bends Nut Sauce Tuning Lubricant:

If your'e not using a string lubricant on your guitars, I'll almost guarantee that you are (or will be) having tuning and/or string breakage issues. This stuff seems expensive but you use so little at each application that it is cheap peace of mind in the long run. For you acoustic folks, using this stuff on the nut and saddle, along with some good strings (I love the Elixers), you will be amazed at how long your guitar strings act like new after a string change. Mine go for months sometimes. I never have tuning issues and it is a VERY rare occasion to break a string, even those pesky acoustic G-strings.

          almost perfect

Comments about Big Bends Nut Sauce Tuning Lubricant:

im really good at turning a few wrenches and modifying guitars. a while ago a friend asked me to help her with a guitar that wouldnt stay in tune. i tried this stuff out before i tried some other solutions i heard about. works beautifuly. only reason i didnt give it all 5's is becouse as someone mentioned it contains silicone wich is not good for finishes, but if you use it right it should never be a problem (tiny amount on nut and bridge saddles. and just to clear up the myths about "lead" from pencils. its not true. pencils are made from graphite thats why it works, though you get much better results usind dry graphite powder (sold as a lubricant at some hardware stores or craft stores next to pinewood derby cars)other graphite based lubes may work but in my opinion your better off with this stuff its less messy and much easier.

you would not beleive how well my ibanez artcore af75 reacted to a little bit of Nut Sauce. keeps it in tune as if i had gotten whole new tuners. beware though, Nut Sauce stains linnins and sofas, so be careful with it.

Comments about Big Bends Nut Sauce Tuning Lubricant:

This stuff does work ok. But I got the idea from people years ago about using pencil lead. Lead works great...AND its cheap. It took a couple times treating it with lead but now I can bend and get no flat notes.

          Great Stuff!

          By Brekfest

          from Omaha, NE

Comments about Big Bends Nut Sauce Tuning Lubricant:

I was having a hell of a time keeping my T-60 in tune. I set it up properly, adjusted the truss rod, new strings, good tuners, the works. Still out of tune. this stuff saved my sanity. The guitar stays in tune like it should, even after a raucous solo. Well worth the money and cheaper than a new set of tuners and saddles!

Bought a new Jackson w/ a Floyd Rose a few months back. Couldn't keep it in tune to save my life. Was ready to take it back, then saw online that someone recommended Big Bends Nut Sauce. Tried it out and COULD NOT BELIEVE it was the same guitar! Stayed in tune with now problem. Love love love this product.
