These stings are very nice for the price, but being a guitarist as a career, I would suggest more expensive strings with a fuller sound. Great for beginners! Also note they break very easily.

These strings do indeed last a couple of months longer than your average classical nylon strings. I really appreciate the optional G string and personally prefer the tone and response of the cappuccino-colored one. My brother and I went to studio for our first album "How Firm a Foundation" and the combination of Pimentel guitars with these strings really produced a great tone.

Unfortunately the composite material to the third string is made of makes the G way more sharp than the rest of the strings in the set, I usually substitute it with a Svarez red.
otherwise these are excellent strings for a quick to settle extremely reliable and consistent, the lower E is thicker than a conventional set of equal tension, which makes this particular strings more stable when a "scordatura" it employed.

I've been playing classical guitar for over 16 years, and these have a nice consistent tone. The composite G blends over to the bass strings a little better too.
