These strings are horrible. Im not some kid that bases everything on what they have heard. I got a set of these, and they are worse than the old factory strings that came on my guitar. They are not bright or smooth, after two days the strings catch your fingers and sound duller than before if that is possible. I have had another set of the normal nickel wound strings, and they have the same problem. Don't buy this brand of strings.

I usually use the nickel 10-52 Daddario but wanted to try something different and ordered a set of these. I restrung both my les paul studios one with Daddario nickel one with the prosteels. The sound is definatley brighter and also seems more full. If you use Pinch Harmonics when you play these strings will sound the louder and it will sustain longer. After two weeks and four shows they still sound like new! I will never use another string.

Get these. I have regular light on my MIM strat, but i want more bass in the lower strings so im gonna buy these next.
