These strings are the new standard. With 11s, you get a great blend of playability, durability, and a tone that is warm and bright.
When I was a beginner, I played 9s, then I moved up to 10s for a few years, and now, after about six months on 11s, I will never go back. The lighter gauges made my instruments seem like weaker, quieter, less soulful versions of themselves. By switching to 11s, the guitars' personalities have been revealed; they talk to me now. Even my Stratocaster has them, and the tuning stability with the two-point tremolo is fine.
Save some money by getting a ten pack, and keep practicing!

I'm not a pro as I don't get paid, but I gig with frinds bands at least 4 nights a week, and when not doing that, play at least 2 hours a day at home. I've been playing for 46 years and have tried almost every string brand and these strings stand up to this heavy use. They are the go to strings for my Gibson ES-335, and Ibanez AS-73 and AG-75, but I also use them on my Strats and Teles. These strings have such a clean bright sound, resist corrosion and fit my string bender style so well that I buy them in 10 packs. These are the best strings I have found for my needs.

Dont have much to say about strings, but hey. Their nice and strong, have a nice feel and sound. I would reccomend these to the lead guitarist.

Oh yeah!!! These are the nicest strings I've used in a long time. They're strong and they hold their brilliance and do not lose their tuning with bending or capos. I like the thicker diameters.

I like the heavier gauge strings. 11 gauge set is about is high as I can go and still play in standard tuning. Like it says on the package, I play blues, jazz, and rock. I was using a set with 0.48 for the low E but I find that the 0.49 with the D'Addario exl 115 set gives me a little extra punch and clarity on the low end. D'Addario's sound great and seem to last longer.

Recycled packaging, Amazing quality product, Very reasonably priced, and if you use the excess string cut from your G string to stick into the drummers throne, it's been tested, and GUARANTEED it will stick him to the bone when he sits on it. What more could you ever want from your guitar strings I ask you?
EXL 115 Blues/Jazz strings are a perfect set of strings with environmentally friendly packaging is a huge plus in my book. Flashy packaging means nothing to me, but showing a moral resposibility to the environment does.
Throughout my 17+ years of playing on stage every single weekend 3-4 nights a week, I can count on one hand the faulty strings I've recieved from this company.
You get all the bang for your buck. Tone, and durability well above the other comparable brands.

Compared to other strings I've tried over the years I rate these at the top. The bulk packs are the way to go. Saves $$$, reduces excess packaging.
Great gauge set and consistently bright and long lasting.
Very good quality! They seem to last longer and remain brighter than other makes like GHS.
I play with a local band and between gigs and rehearsal I go through strings fairly quickly, so buying 10 packs at a low price per set. I use the same gauge set on multiple guitars, so bulk packs is a no-brainer.
