I've been using the dunlop jazz picks for a while, but found that they're either too think and clunky, or too thin. I was looking for something with a softer grip top, but still the smaller jazz size. The dava grip pick is exactly what I've been looking for. It can be a little tricky at first because these are jazz picks and not the standard size, but once you master it, it makes life much easier! Much easier to play jazz chord voicings with a smooth sound and take control for speedy riffs.

I bought these picks with high hopes-I've owned Dava picks before and always enjoy them. But when I tried using these it was nothing but frustration. Unless you have the hands of a three-year-old child you probably will find that they are too small. There are better picks out there, cheaper and not so tiny. Don't waste your money.

Ignore the comment that mentions how small these are. THEY ARE THE SAME SIZE AS ALL STANDARD JAZZ PICKS! I tend to have trouble holding small picks but I love the sharper point of a jazz pick. These are very easy to hold on to, they get the tone of a thick pick, and you can get the speed of a tinner pick. Great Pick.

Whoops, looks like i didn't finish my review. Anyway, yea the first time i used jazz picks i fell in love with them but they kept slipping out of my fingers. Then i happened to stumble on these and thought what the heck i'll try em. I haven't used another pick since. A little pricey, but hey, like Deja Vu said, this investment is miniscule.

If there was a rulebook for playing guitar these picks would be illegal. I like both derlin and the nylon. I haven't experienced a problem with the rubber grip separating or making contact with the strings so far.I prefer the jazz grip but the regular size also works well.Pricey but worth it.

Apparently the guy who gave these picks the lowest score doesn't know jack about picks. These are supposed to be small!!! And you don't hold it like a normal pick!! Anyway, these things are great. For speed picking this is my fav. Have used a jazz sized pick for a long time. Gave these a try and they are now what I use. The rubber is easy to grip, allowing an easier relaxed grip rather than a rigid death grip on a normal pick. I was a Tortex guy untill I met these. Give them a try. They cost a bit more, and are worth it. Heck, look how much we spend on all the other guitar stuffs, this investment is miniscule and offers great rewards. Don't be put off by the "jazz" title, I play mostly rock/fusion and this is the way to go.
