I would have never thought I'd take the time to stop and review a friggen pick, bu I love this pick.

The volume, clarity, and personalized control of this thing makes it the best pick I've ever used. Of course I can't find mine now. Going to order a few this time, and slum it for a few days on the plastic picks while awaiting my replacements.

Ok so i usualy use the Dunlop Ultex pick whichi love and decided to give these a try. First off, they are kinda bulky and not that great if your doing alot of playing that involves skipping strings and they arnt that great for pinch harmonics either. Basically if you like the big picks this is for you, but i dont think i would buy another set.

Comments about Dava Master Control Pick:

I don't think I can ever play another pick again. Improves tone as well as technique. Pick plays off the string so much nicer than anything else I've tried. Also adds a little presence to the tone.

Comments about Dava Master Control Pick:

awesome pick I love them for electrics. I keep a few on me because of the superior handling and grip. they are great for maxing out tone and volume from the strings themselves. but when you use them on acoustics it deadens the bronze strings you'll get a ugly twangy noise that you'll most certainly hate. I found it out after burning up 2 sets of strings. I thought that they were junk strings but in short the nickel end dulls the windings in the bronze which kills the tone. if you love them like I do get the derlin ones for acoustic and the metal for electric. but I really like them.

Comments about Dava Master Control Pick:

This pick makes using harmonics far easier than other picks I've used. And it's an easy nonslip grip. Clear as a bell sound and doesn't wear down on the tip. I'll experience angst if this one gets lost.

I bought one of these picks on a lark....it is amazing how much brighter the tone is with it....I put it away last week...now I'm experiencing my first "Pick Panic"....so I'm back tonight to buy 6 more....the metal tip may eat up strings but the tone boost is worth it....

Comments about Dava Master Control Pick:

I had previously used the Dunlop Max Grip 1.5's for control because I get muscle shakes and control is an issue. I was looking for something better and thought I would try these. I really like these picks. They have the flexible and highly gripable base coupled with the metal tip and I really love it. The extra flexibility I wasn't getting from Dunlop in combination with the control of the metal tip has made me a more fluid and better player. I also like the attack of the metal tip and sound better as well. They are expensive, so I make sure I keep track of them!! But I would highly recommend these picks for anyone looking for the combination of grip, control, flexibility and a metal tip.

Comments about Dava Master Control Pick:

This pick is great. The nickel tip gives your clean tones a very chiming quality to them, almost as if you were playing with single coil pickups. As a shredder and metal player though, I thrive on chunk and sustain. I can't really get that from this pick, unfortunately. There are better picks out there, but if you specifically play on clean, Dava Master Control is the only pick you'll ever need.

Comments about Dava Master Control Pick:

Thin profile but plays like a heavy pick, which I like. Doesn't slip when your fingers get sweaty. The grip is made of soft plastic, so you can't really do any fretboard tapping, but it is a good pick otherwise.
