The EB Everlast Ph. Brz. strings were a big disappointment for me. I've been using Elixirs Custom Light Ph Brz and decided to try EB Everlast simply because I use EB Slinkys on my bass. I love the bass strings but the Everlast Acoustics didn't last any time noteworthy. They felt heavier than a set of 11's should. Their flexibility was ok for bending and different tunings seemed to stay true,however,the squeak factor became overwhelming. Within a couple of weeks of moderate playing they became dirty to the touch and the finger noise was too much. EB has a lot of good products out there but the Everlast Acoustic Strings need to improve. Going back to my original acoustic string of choice.
