these strings dont really need another review, but they are better than strings that cost 2x as much, they have ringing sustain and long lifspan they will stay clean and ive never had a set that have rusted ( iv had a pair for more than 1 year before with all sorts of jigs and gatherings)GET THESE STRINGS!!!
Ever since I started playing guitar, Ernie Ball strings have been a staple part of my rig. Ive never used anything else, and why would I? The life span on these things are long. The price is right, and with such a wide variety of kinds, Ernie Ball keeps you rockin!
My dad always used Ernie Ball strings when he played in bands. Fast forward to today: I have tried a wide variety of different strings, and nothing comes close to these for tone and feel. I am with Ernie Ball for good this time.
About 2 years ago I purchased a set of ALL the current string sets available. Fast foraward to the results of the test. I found Ernie Balls to be the best period. Life, sound, durability, tone. These are the ones I used before the test, and found myself using after....
I've tried all kinds of brands and gauges of strings and kept coming back to these. These strings have a great life span, last long and sound great even after being gigged over and over. After years of trying other brands and sizes, these are the ones I've always come back to and will stick with, they rock!
These are the best especially if you have a Floyd Rose type bridge. The windings go all the way to the end of the string so you can just put them in backwards and they clamp right in and no cutting the ball end off. These strings have the best tension and tone of any I've used and last as long as you can keep them clean (couple weeks for me). Plus they are cheap!!!
I used to just switch back and forth with strings until i met up with Ernie Ball! I love all the strings they make.Trust me they have a great feel no matter which gauge you get. Im sticking to these baby's. Earnie is the best on strings.
