Good strings

    Comments about Fender 150M Original Pure Nickel Electric Strings - Medium:

    First, I usually play Pyramid Nickel Classics or Thomastik-Infield Blues Sliders. Those are much more expensive strings than these Fenders and they are my reference point.

    That said, these Fenders are good strings. I like the tone and the feel. I can't comment on durability yet. And as for consistency--that will take several more sets before I can comment.

    So for now I would recommend these strings as a good practice set. I don't know if I would gig with these.
