Plastic cap of one of the separators at top of stand (when open),broke off during assembly.
Half of Fender logo was peeled off of stand before delivery.

This is the worst design for a guitar stand. The neck support collapsed and fell all the way backwards sending all my guitars smashing into the wall behind. It is held together merely by two nuts and bolts that don't even tighten as far as they should and a foam padding that goes around it. Luckily my guitars didn't get severely damaged other than a few dings. If you have expensive guitars, don't trust your babies in this. Buy something with a better design to hold them!

I needed something for my three acoustic (jumbo, 12-string jumbo and another pretty big guitar)to save the space in my room. First I bought three guitar stand which, probably would be good for three electric guitars. Acoustic ones were hitting each other. I've returned this and bought five guitar stand which came perfect for all three of 'em. Electric guitar had to stay on its own stand (which I don't mind). Again, for sure this is probably made for 5 electric or 4 electric and 1 acoustic (like shown on the picture), so think about your needs before purchase. However, I love this stand. It's nice looking (only thing that I would like to see are dividers at the bottom, but it still works as it should without them).
Last thing I must mention is that I ordered this over the phone and must say that Musician Friend has an awesome customer service. Great experience!
