I bought this to put next to my drum set. Perfect height! My mixing board sits on top and all of my rack gear fits inside. Wheels are large and it moves around easily when I want it to.

This rack suits my purpose of supporting my other rack equipment and allowing me to move all the rack around easily. My only disappointments include that the rack is too narrow than the other racks to stack well and the wheels are too close together making the rack tippy.

I bought this rack as a table for my mixer and and to hold my rack stuff, that is excatly what it does for me. I'm happy with it.
The rack is what you see in the picture. You have to put the wheels on when it arrives. The one thing that was a little weird is that there is a rail, I don't know how else to put it that is threaded that has to line up when you install your components into the rack. I don't know why they just didn't thread the rack rails. The extra rail might be for re-enforcement, I don't know. The front lids and back lids fit good, all though they could be a little tighter, the latches hold on the lids ok. I found the if you latch the lids in an X pattern it works best. I'm using it for an effects rack so I don't have any amps in it. So weight is not a problem. If you put amps in it, it might become a little heavy.
I've only had it a couple weeks and so far I think it's a strong rack.
All I can say is that it does what I wanted it to do. No more, no less

I purchased this rack in January 2008 as an amp rack to use under my 10x8 mixer top rack and it's the best purchase I have made out of all DJ equipment I currently own. While it does get heavy after a while, and the wheels don't help with stairs, the only thing that I wish were that the handles were a bit stronger. Overall, great item to have!
