Great case if the shoe fits...

I just pulled this out of the box. I was in awe of the look, feel, design, the sturdiness, and extra pockets etc.  I orignally bought it to fit my new uke coming tomorrow, but then saw it was Lanakai and would fit my LU-6 so I quickly ordered a second generic case for my new purchase.  I'm confused a bit now because my LU-6 doesn't fit this case by almost a full inch.  The uke is too big!  Is a tenor ukulele case just a name for a thicker design for a classic size ukulele?  So many ponderies to work through today as I wait the new ukulele and case arriving tomorrow.  Hopefully they will both be able to fit in the others case.  This is quite awful to advertise it fitting a particuliar model and then IT ALL GOES TO HECK.  You have been warned.  Love the case though.  I just hope I get to use it.

Great protection for your Tenor uke!

The Lanikai Tenor Ukulele Case is a great value. The only glitch I found was the cloth outer cover is held on by small screws, and one is near a strap D ring, which pulls the screw out. But the plush padding and Velcro strap to secure the ukulele is great. The padding is thick and very protective. The way to go for my high-end koa uke! Highly recommended.

Great value uke case

I'm amazed at the quality of this uke case for the price. It is light and durable, covered with black canvas-like material, and the inside is plush and scratchless cloth. My Lanaki CK-TEQ fits perfectly, and there is a velcro strap to hold the instrument in place.  This has saved my instrument twice when I've knocked over the unzipped case. An outside velcro strap also secures the case. The outside zippered pocket holds my 1/4 in. cable and tuner, the inside pocked my extra strings and accessories. I feel safe tossing the case with my precious instrument in the back of my SUV when i take it to gigs.
