This is a really good strap, plain and simple. Not flashy, just good looking and comfortable. Well worth the price.
I bought this strap to use with my new bass guitar and it works great. The width and padding make it really comfortable. I used it with my Les Paul for a while too and it was outstanding. I put Dunlop strap locks on it for the bass, and that's a great combination. Being very thick with two layers of leather on the ends it took a little extra effort to get the strap locks on, but they're on and I love this strap. I have the black and I don't think it's plain looking. The stitching and wonven leather inserts look subtly cool!
This is top quality leather, with good padding between layer. Nothing cheap here!
I couldn't believe I was going to spend this much on a strap, but it's well worth it. My shoulder reminds me of that constantly!

I am sorry that I paid no attention to the previous reviewers comments regarding the length of this strap. I ordered this to be used on a custom guitar I had made in Paracho Mexico, but found it just too short to make do. So, rather than ship it back, I tried it on my Les Paul, my Strat, my Dobro and even my P-Bass. It almost worked on the Dobro which has a smaller body, but I finally realized that the "body" of the strap is smaller than most of my other straps. With all of the extension leather used, it was as long as my others, but it was too uncomfortable to use. So, it went back. It's made with quality materials and felt like the padding would be great. It would be great if you liked to play with your guitar in your chin. Peace

This is a wonderful strap. I have recently purchased two of them in spite of the high price. Older shoulders need the soft protection that this strap provides and it is very pretty to look at. Be warned that you will need the XL version of this strap for an acoustic or archtop guitar. I found the standard version perfect for my PRS and Strat But had to get the extra long tongue from Levy's for my Epiphone Sheraton II. Levy's does have an XL version of this strap at the same price but MF does not carry it.

Own two of these. Great quality, stunning looks, and very comfortable. Looking to buy a third for a Christmas gift. Surprised to see they now cost double. I bought mine at half the price just a few years ago. I will be looking for an alternative.

This Levy strap is wide, thickly padded, and allieviates the weight of a Les Paul or any guitar. High quality and comforte, I would not by any other strap, but from Levy!

The strap in general is as advertised. It is of high quality. One potential problem relates to the thickness of the leather and the tightness of the holes where the strap goes on to the guitar,
I suppose if on perstisted you could use the product. The holes should gradually get larger.

Excellent strap, little pricey but Levi's quality is top notch. It's also pretty stiff when you first get it, but that is to be expected. With use, it wears in nicely.

I'd say it's worth the money, it's comfortable and looks nice. You might have some trouble getting your strap locks on it because of the thickness of the material but it can be done.
It looks and feels like it should last many years. I hope it does (if your like me, you don't have a lot of money laying around) but if doesn't, I'll write another review letting you know.
It's a guitar strap, I'm not sure what kind of features it's supposed to have but it seems to have all the features a guitar strap should.
It seems pretty nice, well built, strong, nice stitching, and comfortable. I've only had it for a couple weeks though so I can't really comment on the durability yet.
It was in my price range, you don't get much for that now a days but I would say this gives you some bang for your buck.

Overall I like the looks and feel of the padding, it's just a little short. It seems to get more comfortable as I break it in though.
Strap looks good and feels comfortable, but is too short for big dudes like myself. It's ok but I prefer a lower hang with my bass. For guitar it would probably be fine. The strap goes on really hard, but I guess that's a good thing since it won't come off.
Seems like good quality, although I wonder what a few years of folding up in a guitar case will to to a leather strap.
Pretty spendy strap, but looks good.
