On-Stage Stands

Get your combo amp off the floor for better monitoring, sound projection, and access to controls.

If your knees had ears, then maybe you'd be able to hear yourself play with your combo amp sitting on the floor. But that's not the only reason you need an On-Stage Pro Tiltback Amplifier Stand. With your combo amp up off the floor and angled towards your ear, not only can you hear yourself without having to constantly turn up and increase stage noise, your amp also has better projection to the audience. You also gain easy access to your controls. No more bending over and mooning the audience while you make adjustments. One more benefit; nobody accidentally kicks in your grill cloth or guitar speaker on a crowded stage.

The strength and versatility of this stand comes from the double clutch disk that allows you to remove and rotate the support arm assembly. The solid steel double stamped 3" disk allows for a secure locking position every time! The A-Frame base with 1" square tubing construction will adjust its floor spread in order for you to get the most support under your amp. Ridged end caps keep all metal surfaces off of the ground and act as a shock absorber.

Features

  • Applications: stage/studio amplifiers and monitors.
  • Weight capacity: 90 lb
  • Depth: 11"
  • Base spread: 17"
  • Construction: all-steel
  • Black powder coat finish

Isn't about time you actually heard yourself on stage? Order a Pro Tiltback amp stand before your next gig.

Pro Tiltback Amp Stand -costs a little more but worth it

| Review By: robert scott | 1 month, 1 week ago

Features:

Very versatile with simple adjustments. Easy to change height and angle.

Quality:

Solidly built and easy to use. should last a long time.

Value:

A bit more expansive than other amp stands, but the quality shows.

Overall:

Overall it should meet most requirements. It may be challenged by a really heavy Combo, but for most applications it will be more than adequate.

Versatile stand

Features:

Can adjust to many angles.

Quality:

Built well. Very study compared to many other stands.

Value:

Great stand for the money.

Overall:

Very versatile stand. Excellent for small amps. Can even be used for other stage gear you need to access, too. If you are short on monitor sends and can't feed all 8+ people a separate mix, use these stands and point them back at the guitar players so they can monitor their sound.

GREAT STAND!!!!!

Features:

Two separate adjustments. One for height the other for amp angle, can't beat it! Folds (relatively) flat, easy to throw in the car, trailer, have a roadie pack it.... whatever you do!

Quality:

All Metal, good twist caps. Seems are all welded nicely. Rugged piece of machinery.

Value:

Not the cheapest one out there but then again it offers much more. it isn't just just a stand to "get it off the ground" It is user customizable to be whatever you want it to be.  For the price, it is well worth it!

Overall:

I have used this at home, casual play at friends house, and for gigs. If you set it up too high, of course it's going to be off balance, it can"t hold an 80+ lb. tube amp with only a 3 inch leg spread!! I put a Fender Hot Rod Deville 2X12 on it and "set and forget it". As mentioned earlier, mark it with a Silver Sharpie and your setting will always be the same. Unless you plan on climbing on top of your amp and diving off, this thing will hold whatever amp you are going to put on it. at the price, it is not CHEAP, it is relatively inexpensive. Yet after you use it, it will be hard to get along without it (For you 2X12 combo guys like me).

The Best on the market for the money. It stays in place and is easy to adjust and is virtually indestructable. Don't buy cheaper to save a few bucks. You'll end up regretting it.

Very good, very adjustable and above all VERY dturdy, you can buy cheaper but you'll end up regretting it

Whether raising your amps/speakers or anything for that matter, these things are strong, durable, easy to fold flat for travel, easy to adjust in multiple ways, and definitely worth the price. Don't try to save a few bucks on a flimsy, fixed piece of junk. Get these!
