Although this footstool initially seemed to be working well, the plastic soon began to warp and bend. The pieces of the footrest started becoming hard to slot into each other, and the piece became steadily more and more unstable. Today, the plastic went so far as to break entirely - one of the bars straight snapped in half, and this thing is now 100% unuseable. Avoid this garbage product.

For the price, it's a decent footstool. The rubber pad on mine has no glue on the outer 1/2" of the entire pad so the edges are loose. It offers three height positions for a total of 3" of travel, which is decent. It folds flat for transport, which is very handy. It fits in my guitar's case but I don't transport it in there for obvious reasons. If you put any weight on it the legs will flex quite a bit. They've rebounded into shape so far. Definitely a "foot rest" not a "leg rest." Not sure how long it will last.
