Love it! Saved my back!
This has been the best car!! ---Multi Cart 6-in1 R6----Can't say enough good things about it. It's easy to change positions for optimal uses. Nice heavy frame and very durable. Locks in place and doesn't move. We haul PA systems and amps, big speakers and boxes full of accessories with no problem. What used to take us 8 to 10 + trips now take 2 or 3 without breaking our backs. Thanks again Musicians Friend for a great product at a fantastic price!
You get more than your moneys worth.
Wow...the R6 has been a fantastic purchase. I've had it for about 3 months now, and am absolutely thrilled with its overall usability and quality. I ranked it only a 4.5 on the latter because I have a small fear that the side that I use to pull the cart with all the gear will bend from the weight, especially when I am going uphill. But then again, i load it up with 130lbs of guitar gear, and every now and then 3 8-year-olds who always want to be carted around at the end of my church gig. I have not extended the unit so don't how easy that is. If it's anything like the initial assembly or general usability, then it would be very easy. Overall, highly recommend. I am actually EXCITED to get my gear from my car to the stage because I get to use the R6!
I am a drummer and I recently purchased the R6 mini model - I don't know how I lived without this. Its a must-have for any drummer. No more lugging gear and making 7 trips back and forth from the car. Load in and load out is a cinch now thanks to the cart. I can now load in and out of a gig in 3 trips. One trip for my 6-pc kit, another trip for cymbal bag, pedal, and gig bag, and lastly my hardware case which also has wheels. The rear wheels were squeaking badly due to the weight on the cart so I sprayed them with WD40 and its good to go. Make sure you keep the back wheels inflated too or else its tough to move. I bought the R6 mini b/c I have a car...if I had enough room, I would have bought a full size model to get everything in one trip. Either way, this cart has more than paid for itself after just a few gigs and my back is really thankful. Very easy to use and heavy duty construction. I don't see this sucker ever breaking down. Buy one and you won't be sorry.
Iv'e used the bejeebers out of this cart, both for music and fitness gigs - for years! - It has never failed me, and folds down to nothing. I will occasionally use the bike pump to refill the tires. I can not imagine hauling gear by myself any more without this.
This cart can really make loading in and out at gigs a lot easier. You have to keep an eye on the tire pressure, but that's no big deal. I gotta say I'm very happy with my cart so far, and I've owned it for over 6 months now...
Makes the gig easy and fast to set-up and pack-up.Should have bought one years ago.
I bought this to help move my mixer, amp's, monitors, mic stands, mic bag, etc etc. Plus I wanted something that could fold up and be out of the way in a bar. It folds up to the width of the back tire and is about knee-high. This thing rocks! I started using it to bring grocerys inside the house, it helped me move from my apartment into my house. The only thing I don't like are the little pins that hold the rear wheels but its a tough little cart! I would buy one again.
I have had my cart for over a year and use it to move guitar and bass amps as well as assorted gig bags full of equipment. I used to use a handtruck, but then I needed to have room for it, too. This cart folds nicely and does the job every time. Unless you have a roadie, you need to get one of these.
This cart is worth every red cent. It makes loading and unloading gear a breaze. Tired of waiting on roadies...let em sleep, and just do it yourself. With this tool, It's no problem. This is a worthy necessity, buy it now, you won't regret it.
I got this cart primarily because I was sick of hauling my 50-lb. bass amp around. We immediately used it for everybody else's heavy stuff in the group. I can't believe I waited this long to get one. It's very quick to break down or reconfigure. I also like the narrow profile which makes it easy to get through doors. I don't think you could go wrong with this.
