I've been playing the same classical guitar for over forty years. The wrapped treble Savarez are my only choice. None better. They "stick." They're true. They deliver every time. Someone advised not to trim them. Boy, is that ever true. If you trim them...or pull on a frayed end...they'll unwind themselves and pull free. But, that's operator error; not a string problem.

wicked tone...great flexablity for a high tension string...smooth movement...quick to stretch to size...very durable....don't cut the peg end when you wind them they fray very easily and will slip through the collar...wind the end and you will have no worries...they squeak a little but the sound makes up for it....BUY THESE STRINGS!!!!

These srtings are wonderful sounding, but if you use them for recording...beware! They sqweak very easily. I have been playing for many years and they are difficult to keep quiet.

If you've never tried wound treble strings, invest in a set. You'll never go back to rectified nylon again. They give the most consistent tonal quality by far of any string I've ever used, making the enjoyment well worth the cost. It does take a little technique work to get rid of the buzz from dragging your fingers, but that's what practice is for.
