I bought this for my Martin 000X1AE, and it fits perfectly. I was actually pretty impressed with it. Like I said, the foam in the inside feels cheap, but it's covered with a nice satiny green fabric. But overall, it's a solid feeling case. If you're like me and you can't afford an expensive case after you just dropped some cash on a guitar, then this case might be for you.
It has a 5 clasps, an interior pocket, and a lock.
The foam inside feels a little cheap, but you get what you pay for. It's not bad by any means, it's just not great. The outer covering is good quality, and seems like it's pretty durable.
It's a great case for the price.

The workmanship on these cases has really become a problem. The last four I've purchased have been plagued with cosmetic problems, poorly glued interiors, and problems with the attachment of hardware. I've not returned them because of the extreme hassle involved and the probability of getting a replacement in just as poor condition as the returned case. I will now have to find a different source of cases.

Comments about Silver Creek Vintage Archtop 000 Auditorium Acoustic Guitar Case:

I ordered two of these b/c I was unhappy with the first one that had exterior damage ( a slit and some skint marks on the exterior) and inside the velvet was pulling away from the sides and dried glue was visible. I returned it and the exterior of the second one was better but the interior had the sane issues as the first only to a worse degree. The clasps don't seem to have a tight snap down, but I tried to pull the case open and it remained shut. Just not as tight as a close as the clasps on my Epiphone case. Also, the locks on both of these cases seemed to not function. Just thought this would have been of higher quality. It will protect my guitar to travel to lessons but if I was using it more than my once a week lesson, I would probably look for something better.

Comments about Silver Creek Vintage Archtop 000 Auditorium Acoustic Guitar Case:

This case is a great value, and offers a snug fit and great protection for your guitar. Although the contours of the case do not perfectly match the waist of the 1946 000 model, it was still a snug fit and the guitar is well protected. That's all I was looking for.

Comments about Silver Creek Vintage Archtop 000 Auditorium Acoustic Guitar Case:

This was the third identical case I purchased for yet another "00" size guitar I have (Gibson LG2). It can't be beat for the money, and I really love the way the green crushed lining "displays" my guitar.
Also tried it for my Blueridge BR343CE Gospel, but too tight for my liking there.
I wish they offered the same case for my "O" sized guitar.

Sad to say although I used the specs provided and measured my Hagstrom Elfdalia Grand Auditorium - the case didn't even come close to fitting. I'm disappointed but I shall return and try to find an alternative......

Comments about Silver Creek Vintage Archtop 000 Auditorium Acoustic Guitar Case:

This case has an arch top which makes it stronger. They don't tell the plys but it has the feel of a five ply. The interior is a beauty to behold, great material. Good roomy compartment under neck, as you would expect. Great cover. I've bought this case about five times. Fits a 000 or concert/ grand concert guitar. The brass clasps are good but look a little cheesy in color. All in all it's a 5 star case and you can't go wrong. Now if they still handled the Dred and 000 Silver Creek solid wood guitars. Man I loved those instruments...

After my Alvarez simply would not fit in the Alvarez case i ordered first, a nice young rep at MF looked this one up & worked out an even swap; very impressive customer service experience! He just barely made it, though; if the lower bout was half an inch tighter, the guitar would not go in. I have never worked so hard to get an instrument into a case. Well, at least I'm sure it won't rattle around!

Comments about Silver Creek Vintage Archtop 000 Auditorium Acoustic Guitar Case:

I wanted a hard case to fit my Recording King ROS-06, as this was the case recommended by MF's "case finder". The exterior of the case was nice looking and well finished. When I opened the case and tried the fit, the guitar body was such a tight fit that I worried about the effort and stress of getting it in and out. It was not just a snug fit, but the instrument had to be "wrestled" into the case. Once inside, the neck did not sit well on the support, and the padding around the body was compressed to an extreme degree in several places. It did not seem like a good fit. In addition, the interior lining had stray glue globs stuck on it, and the adhesive also seemed to be letting go from the sides. Not a pretty sight. I have since returned the case, and would not recommend it for the Recording King 000 body guitar. I tried some classical cases locally, and they were either too short overall, or the body shape was not correct. I wound up travelling 200 miles to a Guitar Center and bought a soft case, which is a disappointing second choice, but it fits the guitar well. I read all the glowing reviews of this Silver Creek case, but it seems for myself that not only was it a poor fit, but a shoddy build as well.

This case is well built for the $$ I paid for it.
My only grip is with Musician's Friends customer service reps. Not a single person I got on the phone could tell me what case would fit my Gretsch 9220 resonator. The first case I bought was way too big even though I was assured it would. This is the second case I have ordered and it still is not a good fit for the Gretsch. I had to insert an additional foam strip to keep the resonator from shifting about inside the case. I wish at least one of MF's reps could tell us what case is right for this guitar. I blame upper management for not supplying that info to their customer service employees. It really is well.... pretty lame?

I was looking for a guitar case for a 1965 Gibson B-25. I sent in the guitars measurements and was given the choice of three cases. The one I picked was the one they said would most likely fit. It did. The case was a perfect fit for my guitar. A good protective hard traveling case that had a reasonable price.
                  Thanks for all your help.
