Comments about SIT Strings P1150 Pro Light Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings:

I switched from John Pearse strings to the SIT strings and found them more responsive, easier to tune and as they promise, stay in tune. I really like the pro light and light gauge strings as they have great sustain and are easy to work

The only thing that was wrong was that the E string broke while I was installing it. Other than that I enjoy the product.

I am actually from Akron Ohio where SIT was born. I know the folks who used to pack and wind these strings. They are very reliable, and the price point is perfect for midwestern rust belt wanna be rockers. For real, we know metal and music. These are very good strings and worth every penny.

I was installing these on my Alvarez AF70 and the b string broke! The tone on the rest of the strings does sound nice: warm with a little sparkle to them. But, having a string break during installation is really annoying. I won't purchase these again.

Comments about SIT Strings P1150 Pro Light Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings:

Since purchasing my Alvarez AJ80CE I've gone through several sets of strings trying to decide which ones work best on my guitar. These are the best I've tried so far. They give my jumbo the tone that I was looking for while being much easier on my fingers than 80/20 bronze 12's. I would definitely recomend these to a friend.
